At Knot Gray, every piece is thoughtfully crafted, and we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn't feel quite right, we're here to help with a smooth and transparent return or exchange process.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Get in Touch
Email us at knotgray.nz@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, mentioning your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Please specify the reason for your return or the details of the exchange you'd like to make.
- Prepare the Return
Ensure the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Pack them securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Courier Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a courier pickup from your address within 2-3 working days. Please inform us of any changes to your pickup address when placing your request.
- Quality Inspection
After receiving your return at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon approval, our team will process your store credit within 2-3 business days.
- Using Store Credit
You can use your store credit to place a new order.
