Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Store Credit Only: All returns are processed as store credit. We do not issue refunds.
- Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 07 days from the delivery date.
- Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost as per the weight and the distance applicable by the shipping partner, which will be deducted from the , store credit provided upon approval.
- Store Credit Validity: Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
Return Conditions
- Condition of Items: All items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed—with the original return tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Items with makeup stains or any scent (perfume, etc.)
- Customized orders
- Sale items, including final sale, archive sale, end-of-season sale, or any other markdown items
- Gift cards, store credits, and accessories
- Final Sale Items: Orders placed during sales are final. Items purchased during final sales, archive sales, or end-of-season sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
Additional Notes
- Store Credit Orders: Orders placed using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
