Domestic Orders (Within India)
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: A flat fee of INR 250 applies to all orders.
- Express Shipping: Express shipping is available for metro cities at an additional cost, depending on the weight of the parcel. To request express shipping, please contact us via WhatsApp or email us at knotgray.nz@gmail.com.
Please note that express shipping requests are subject to product availability and may be accepted or declined accordingly.
Delivery Time Frame
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically dispatched within 6-7 business days (Monday-Friday). Delivery times may vary based on your location.
- Express Shipping: For metro cities, express shipping orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.
In case the item(s) you ordered are not readily available, please allow additional time for restocking. We will notify you via email if there is a delay.
- Made to Measure & Made to Order: For custom-made items, please allow 20-22 days for dispatch.
If you’ve ordered multiple items, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email. This link allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
Service Delays
Knot Gray is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or clearance delays. In such cases, it’s best to contact the courier company directly with your tracking number for updates.
